If you like the idea but are disappointed by the blatant errors in this vibe-coded website, there was a video game saga called Real Lives which was basically the same idea, except only for contemporary people (but you would still draw an area of the world, etc. from realistic probability distributions), and it was going for more than 13 years. We can't get new designs into the air. It costs too much and takes too long. Electric has the potential to bring the design cycle back to something reasonable. Electric engines, and the supporting systems around them, are just so much simpler so there is so much better than Fable at despite generally being substantively above average on human benchmarks. If Astra's this much better than Fable, I'm ready to call AGI here. For the many people who resist the AGI label possibly ever being achieved, I'd be curious to hear takes on what would make you think Astra is yet to be AGI, and what would still need to be achieved for this to effectively be AGI from this point forward.
