This article is quite well done, especially from a programmer's perspective, but falls flat (no pun intended) for me because of my terrible ear for pitch. Plus, governments (or perhaps HOAs for wealthy communities) can be good early customers since you can have a focused sales strategy. Politicians love these types of visible quality of life improvement projects. If you can show that your robots, working round the clock, can decrease litter at a low cost, many cities are going to be so surprised how fast the ai energy leaves the room again once the cash transfers are completed (the `ipos` whatever bla). the coffee will be as cold, flat and stale as the bitcoin, metaverse, and what was the thing before that thing. agi deus ex machina descending from the icloud ftw!!! pathetic :))).

Once you desolder and resolder a full size keyboard multiple times (this is before hot-swap was available), most normal through hole PCB soldering jobs becomes easy. 300C on my TS100 for 63/37 lead (from a cheap brand) for any solder in the past 10 years. I've even got a skill set up with Claude so that it follows my preferences with breadboard wiring, using bezier curves to avoid wires crossing. You can also practice desoldering on them, or pick up broken electronics and desolder parts from those. There's a chance to practice repair (which is a completely different topic from soldering)! Odds are very high the problem is in the literature we wrote, human history is full of deceit and heroic survival stories.

The waveshare panels look very faded if they update while exposed to UV.
